Construction The building of the skeleton-and-monolith type rests on a continuous bedplate and cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles 12,5 m in length and 0,5 m in diameter. External walls made of reinforced concrete, internal walls and partitions - of ecologically clean high-quality foam concrete. The height of ceilings - 3 m.
Potable water supply Water supply is ensured by round the clock noiseless high-pressure pumps.  Large volume of accumulating tanks and special equipment allow preliminary water cleaning.
Heating and water supply systems Heating systems are designed to realize any heating scheme (radiators, convectors, heating and/or warm floor) or any combinations thereof in all apartments. Two boilers on the roof manufactured by leading European suppliers are joined in the system of matched components allowing significant energy saving (output 94%), high comport and safety, as well as convenient technical servicing.  All auxiliary equipment and materials used in the heating and water supply systems conform to the highest world requirements presented to the quality safety and ecological purity.
Energy supply Uninterrupted energy supply is provided by self-contained transformer sub-station with two separate inputs. Special copper wiring excluding magnetic radiation is used in all electric systems.
Ventilation and air-conditioning system Natural and forced ventilation systems are used. Individual air-conditioning systems are also possible. Air conditioning devices are placed on connecting balconies of lift-stairs units.
Widows Windows and doors are designed to provide high energy saving of the building and at the same time conformity to the requirements of esthetic and individual qualities of the project. Transparent construction with the use of sections and accessories of European manufacturers conforms to European and Ukrainian standards and is supported by quality certificates. Three-chambered section, at least 50 mm in width conforms to international norms of fire safety. The optimal value of heat conduction factor is obtained due to the use of isolating qualities of air. One-chambered glass pack using energy saving glass gives high energetic efficiency to the construction as a whole.
Lifts High-speed noiseless lifts manufactured by the company “Otis”: one cargo lift (1000 kg) and two passenger lifts (400 kg each) fully conform to international standards for this type of lifts.
Entrance doors Armored doors with wooden decoration
Means of communication and TV Optical fiber network allowing the use of Internet, telephone, cable TV shall be laid in the building.
Safety and security

24 hour protection is ensured by securities and VC systems in the territory of the complex, front entrances, lifts, dispatcher’s room.
Modern sensors of smoke content are established in all fire-hazardous points.
